The Hateful Eight — Ending Explained

The Twist: The 'passengers' already at the Haberdashery—Bob, Oswaldo, and Joe Gage—are members of the Domergue gang, led by Daisy's brother Jody (Channing Tatum), who is hiding in the cellar. They killed the real owners (Minnie and Sweet Dave) hours before.
