Introduced as a rigid, emotionally detached civil servant hiding powerful telekinesis and severe childhood trauma from the 1970s human experiments. Initially reluctant to engage with others, Un-jeong opens up through training the misfits, learning to embrace human warmth and use his telekinesis to protect rather than hide.

Wants easy money and social respect; evolves to value genuine loyalty and bravery.
