The story uncovers that Eve's father, Javier Macarro, was an operative of the Ruska Roma attempting to escape the syndicate with his daughter, prompting the Chancellor's extremist cult to assassinate him under High Table sanction.

While hunting the faction in an isolated Austrian Alpine compound, Eve learns from mercenary Daniel Pine that her biological sister Lena was not murdered during the initial raid. Instead, the Chancellor captured and indoctrinated Lena into becoming his personal enforcer. Upon entering the compound, Eve finds the entire village populated by sleeper agents.

During the climactic siege, Eve battles through the village using an industrial flamethrower and engages Lena in hand-to-hand combat. Refusing to execute her sister, Eve breaks through Lena's conditioning. Together, they corner and execute the Chancellor. Lena escapes to freedom, while Eve stays to shoulder the underworld consequences.
