As he is pulled into Hyun-soo's orbit, his guilt drives him to atone for past cowardice, transforming into a loyal confidant, investigative partner, and moral supporter of the Do siblings.

The comatose son of Hospital Director Baek Man-woo who awakens to reveal himself as Do Min-seok's true murderous accomplice. Unapologetically cruel, manipulative, and devoid of conscience, he acts as the dark mirror to Hyun-soo, showing what a true sociopath looks like in contrast to Hyun-soo's wounded humanity.
