Act I (Episodes 1–8): Sung Deok-mi conceals her role as the master of Cha Shi-an fansite 'Road to Sian' while working under new director Ryan Gold. When a misunderstanding leads fans to believe Deok-mi is dating Shi-an, sasaeng fans threaten her safety. Ryan proposes a contract relationship to protect her, while intern Cindy (Kim Hyo-jin) tries to expose them. Ryan uncovers Deok-mi's fansite secret and joins her platform as 'Latte,' falling for her genuine devotion.
Act II (Episodes 9–12): After a period of miscommunication, Ryan confesses his love in Episode 10, beginning their genuine relationship. Ryan reveals that his inability to paint stems from Stendhal syndrome triggered by viewing a painting by artist Lee Sol. Deok-mi assists Ryan's recovery by tracing hand shadows onto canvases, and together they search for Lee Sol's nine dispersed artworks.
Act III (Episodes 13–16): Lee Sol is revealed to be Gong Eun-young, the biological mother of both Ryan (Heo Yoon-jae) and Cha Shi-an, making them half-brothers. Eun-young had not intentionally abandoned Ryan; she was incapacitated in a coma following a traffic accident. During that time, Deok-mi's mother had briefly cared for young Yoon-jae before the tragic death of Deok-mi's brother Deok-soo caused severe family trauma and Deok-mi's selective amnesia. After mutual forgiveness and emotional healing, Ryan resumes painting, Deok-mi curates in New York, and the series ends with Ryan's proposal in Seoul.
