The film follows the plot of Killing Sarai. Victor reveals he is part of 'The Order' and has a brother, Niklas, who complicates his loyalty. In the climax, Victor storms Javier's compound and brutally kills him, fulfilling Sarai's need for vengeance/freedom. However, instead of a happy romantic ending, Victor entrusts Sarai to a handler named Samantha. He realizes his life is a war zone and sends Sarai away to give her a chance at a normal life, ending the film with a separation that sets up the sequel.
