Obsession — Ending Explained

The brilliance of Obsession lies in its gradual reveal of Bear's true villainy. What begins as a sympathetic crush turns fatal when Nikki, possessed by the wish, discovers Bear's friend Sarah in her car. After Sarah reveals to Bear that Nikki and Ian used to secretly sleep together, Nikki violently murders Sarah to protect her unhinged relationship with Bear.
