As Hurricane Henry hits Category 5 intensity, Annieville's seawall is obliterated, and a breached meat truck spills offal into the current, drawing a pack of aggressive bull sharks into residential streets. Lisa escapes her submerged car into a flooded house where Dakota is sheltering. While waist-deep in water, Lisa goes into active labor; the resulting blood triggers a feeding frenzy among the circling bull sharks, forcing Dakota to risk the open flood to secure an aluminum boat. In the climax, a massive Great White shark named "Nellie" enters the shallow surge and attacks the bull sharks, inadvertently allowing Lisa, Dakota, and the newborn baby to escape before being rescued by emergency responders.
