Sixteen years after French 75 disbands following a raid where Perfidia sexually humiliated Col. Lockjaw, Pat Calhoun lives off-grid as Bob Ferguson with his daughter Willa. Col. Lockjaw resurfaces to scrub his past and gain entry into the elite "Christmas Adventurers Club" (CAC). To conceal his past interracial affair with Perfidia, Lockjaw orders the abduction and execution of Willa.
Lockjaw hires a gunrunner, Avanti, to transport Willa to a far-right militia. However, Avanti experiences a change of heart, frees Willa, and dies in the ensuing gunfight. Willa escapes taking Avanti's vehicle and gun. Meanwhile, a mercenary named Tim shoots Lockjaw in the face during a vehicle encounter; Bob later discovers Lockjaw’s crash site and disfigured body.
Tim pursues Willa along a winding mountain highway. Willa cleverly exploits a blind summit to cause Tim's car to crash. When Tim fails to recite the French 75 countersign ("We warned you..."), Willa shoots and kills him, reuniting safely with Bob.
In a dark epilogue, a severely scarred Lockjaw is admitted into the Christmas Adventurers Club. Immediately following his initiation, the club's elite lock him in a sealed room, fatally gas him, and cremate his body to erase any connection to him. Back home, Bob gives Willa a letter from Perfidia explaining her sacrifices. With Bob’s blessing, Willa departs for an activist rally in Oakland, continuing the fight on her own terms.
