Initially self-preservation and escaping Grade F; evolves into destroying the Pyramid Game permanently.

Begins as a cold, pragmatic transfer student accustomed to cutting ties and keeping her head down. After being cast into Grade F, she uses strategic maneuvering to break the system. She grows from a self-interested tactician into a compassionate friend who risks her own safety for her classmates.

To torment Myung Ja-eun and maintain complete control over Class 2–5.

Appears as the sweet, beloved heiress of the Baekyeon Group, but is revealed as the sadistic architect of the game. As Su-ji systematically dismantles her control, Ha-rin’s composure unravels, culminating in total disgrace, abandonment by her family, and mental breakdown.

Protecting others from harm and atoning for her past.

Initially isolated, covered in bruises, and accepting abuse out of misplaced guilt over a childhood incident with Ha-rin. Through Su-ji's friendship, Ja-eun learns to forgive herself, stand up against Ha-rin, and accept support.

Maintaining class stability and avoiding her father's disapproval; shifts toward moral integrity.

The top-ranking student and class president who strictly manages the Pyramid Game app to maintain order under her father’s pressure. Slowly moved by Su-ji’s rebellion, she eventually steps out of her neutral stance and casts the decisive vote to abolish the game.

Protecting her loved ones and maintaining her personal morals despite career risks.

A popular Grade A idol trainee who initially tolerates the game. Recognizing Su-ji’s logic and wanting to protect her close friend Shim Eun-jung, Ye-rim uses her social standing and public platform to aid the rebellion.
