The endgame of Pyramid Game exposes deep twists and resolves the main conflicts:
- Baek Ha-rin’s Real Identity: Baek Ha-rin is not a biological heiress of the Baekyeon Group. She was born Yang So-eun, raised in an orphanage alongside Myung Ja-eun, and adopted into the wealthy Baekyeon family solely to serve as a companion/pawn.
- The Root of the Vendetta: In childhood, Ja-eun promised to help So-eun get adopted together. When Ja-eun backed out due to fear, So-eun was adopted alone into an abusive corporate household. So-eun changed her name to Baek Ha-rin and created Class 2–5’s Pyramid Game specifically to trap and torture Ja-eun in Grade F forever.
- How the Game Was Destroyed: Su-ji uncovers an overlooked clause in the Pyramid Game’s rulebook: if more than two-thirds of the class vote to delete the mobile app, the game is permanently dissolved. In Episode 10, Su-ji convinces the bystanders and Grade C/D students to stand together. Class President Seo Do-ah casts the final vote, destroying the app.
- The Aftermath: Desperate and unraveling, Ha-rin sets fire to the old school store building. Ja-eun risks her life to save Ha-rin from the flames. Ha-rin is disowned by her adopted grandfather, declared mentally unstable, and hospitalized. The school administration and corrupt teachers are investigated by law enforcement.
