During the climax, three distinct forces descend upon Kyung-hee’s farm simultaneously: Yong-du and his mobsters attempting to kill Kyung-hee, Jo-hyun and her team of tactical headhunters, and the TOW squad consisting of four hyper-lethal Shanghai lab escapees. A chaotic three-way massacre ensues, resulting in the TOW squad slaughtering the mobsters and fatally shooting both Kyung-hee and her brother Dae-gil.
When the Girl sees her protectors killed, her full power awakens. She effortlessly disintegrates the TOW squad and brutally executes the remaining threats using telekinesis, gravity manipulation, and high-speed strikes. As the snow settles, Goo Ja-yoon (Kim Da-mi) arrives at the farm, revealing she was the one who orchestrated the attack on "The Ark" lab to break the Girl out.
Ja-yoon reveals that she and the Girl are fraternal twin sisters, born from the original pregnant woman ("The First Witch") shown in the prologue. Ja-yoon gives the Girl a bone-marrow inhibitor injection to stabilize her biological degradation. The Girl then uses her healing abilities to extract bullets from Kyung-hee and Dae-gil's bodies to preserve them. Finally, the two sisters depart together with a singular goal: to find their biological mother, who is still alive and kept in stasis by the masterminds of the Witch program.
