Introduced as the feared "Black Rose," a traumatized Psychic Duelist whose telekinetic powers bring physical destruction due to years of rejection. A mischievous rogue from Satellite who acts as a foster father to orphan children. He steps up to fight the Dark Signers, manifests the Dragon’s Tail mark, joins Team 5D's in the WRGP, and eventually becomes a professional police officer / high-speed runner.

Shielding each other and proving that age does not limit heroism.

Energetic twin siblings; Luna is a frail Signer capable of communicating with Duel Spirits, while Leo initially lacks a mark. Leo spends the series striving to protect his sister, culminating in his dramatic awakening as the 6th Signer (Life Stream Dragon) during the final arc.
