Refusing to back down, Dong-wook's team orchestrates a high-stakes counter-heist during the opening ceremony of the 1988 Olympics. Utilizing heavily modified vehicles equipped with nitrous boosters and armor, the crew intercepts Kang's massive slush fund transport. Yoon-hee and Bok-nam outmaneuver security convoys while Dong-wook engages Director Lee in a high-speed duel, neutralizing him.
In the final set-piece, Dong-wook drives his car directly into an airborne cargo plane carrying Chairwoman Kang and the laundered fortune. After subduing Kang and ejecting her via parachute, Dong-wook drives the car out of the open cargo ramp mid-air, deploying built-in vehicle parachutes engineered by Joon-ki to land safely. The team hands over the incriminating financial ledgers to expose the military syndicate while secretly pocketing a fortune, securing their freedom and heading to America.
