The plot begins with Captain Connor intercepting Captain T.H. Bodden's vessel at sea, executing the crew and identifying stolen marked gold from his past cache. Recognizing that the runaway pirate "Bloody Mary" is alive and living under the name Ercell Bodden on Cayman Brac, Connor takes T.H. hostage and stages an armed invasion.
When scout pirates breach Ercell's home, she unleashes her concealed combat skills and arms herself. She evacuates Isaac and Elizabeth toward the island’s limestone fortress: The Bluff and Skull Cave. Utilizing traps, ambush tactics, and lethal cutlass combat, Ercell systematically dismantles Connor’s crew across the island's terrain.
In the final confrontation atop the cliffs, Connor attempts to use T.H. as leverage. Ercell outmaneuvers Connor in a brutal duel, disarming him, freeing T.H., and hurling Connor over the cliff edge to his death. With the invading marauders eradicated, Ercell reconciles her lethal past with her present life, securing enduring sanctuary for her family on Cayman Brac.
