The 2022 Climax and Time Jump: In 2022 Seoul, the alien Controller possesses Detective Moon Do-seok and initiates a mass prison break at a hospital, seeking to release Havaa gas to terraform Earth. Guard, Thunder, and 10-year-old Ean fight the aliens in a desperate battle. Realizing they cannot contain the Controller in 2022, Guard and Thunder lure the alien leader into their ship and use the Divine Blade to jump 630 years into the past—landing in 1391 AD to isolate the aliens in an era without electrical infrastructure.

The Crash Landing in 1391: Upon emerging in 1391 Goryeo, the spaceship crashes. Guard is fatally damaged, Thunder’s core sphere is buried, and 10-year-old Ean is stranded in medieval Korea. Ten years pass in the past, during which young Ean grows into the 20-year-old gunslinger played by Kim Tae-ri, searching for the Divine Blade to power up Thunder's buried ship and travel back to 2022.

The Major Twist - Muruk’s Hidden Identity: During the chaotic crash in 1391 ten years prior, the dying alien Controller escaped Detective Moon’s host body and entered the body of young Muruk. For ten years, Muruk has lived completely unaware that the supreme alien villain is dormant inside his mind. This secret explains why Muruk experiences unexplained power surges and missing childhood memories.

The Ending Cliffhanger: In 1391, Ean is captured by Ja-jang (the masked alien villain), and Muruk realizes the dark entity residing within him. Ean discovers Muruk’s true condition, leaving the story on a dramatic cliffhanger set up for Alienoid: Return to the Future (Part 2), where the heroes must purge the Controller from Muruk, unlock the Divine Blade, and travel back to modern 2022 to stop the Havaa cloud.
